Jinyan Beauty Expands Production Capacity with New Factory Facility

To meet growing global demand, we have completed a major factory expansion adding 800 square meters of production space. The new facility is now fully operational, boosting our monthly production capacity to over 2 million pairs of false eyelashes.

The expanded factory features upgraded cleanroom production lines, advanced quality inspection equipment and improved workflow design. Key upgrades include:

• 3 new semi-automated production lines for cluster lashes
• Dedicated sterile area for mink lash processing
• Enhanced quality control lab with digital inspection tools
• Expanded packaging and logistics center

With the expansion, our total facility now spans 1,980 square meters across 6 branch factories, staffed by over 170 skilled professionals. The increased capacity allows us to:

• Reduce lead times to 25-30 days for standard orders
• Accept larger wholesale orders without compromising quality
• Accelerate custom OEM/ODM project timelines
